Forgot Password

To use the password recovery utility, please enter your member name and then click on the "submit" button.

Member name:

Your password will be recovered using either a challenge-response question or sent via E-mail based upon what you have previously set through the "Set Recovery Option" feature of this website. If you have not set your recovery option, then E-mail will be used.

If you have forgotten your member name, then you can locate it by opening the World Community Grid Agent and looking at the top right corner of the screen.

If you are having problems logging in or keeping yourself logged in, please make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser.
