CTEPs mission is to improve technology literacy within the many diverse, low-income, and new immigrant communities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN.
The program provides support for AmeriCorps members to serve in existing public access media organizations, community technology centers (CTCs), and other non-profit agencies, helping build the capacity of those organizations to better meet the needs of low income and new immigrant communities.
