World Community Grid 100,000 Device Challenge

100,000 Device Challenge
We at World Community Grid are extremely thankful for the continued contribution that our members are making by donating their unused computer cycles toward humanitarian research.

For the first time ever, World Community Grid is running ten (10) research projects simultaneously and we have more research projects in the review process. Having more research projects means that more computer cycles are needed so that we can continue to speed results back to our research scientists! To get more computer cycles, more devices are needed.

To help accelerate our critical humanitarian research, we would like to Challenge our community to add 100,000 new devices to World Community Grid by March 31, 2012!

  • If you are not actively contributing to the project right now, we ask you to rejoin by clicking here.
  • If you have friends, family or coworkers who are not currently donating their unused computer cycles, send them a note from Tell A Friend.
  • If you are part of an organization that has a lot of computers please consider inviting your organization to allow these devices to contribute to World Community Grid and become a World Community Grid partner.

A worthy challenge for all of us, as every device delivers results to our research scientists and enables them to accelerate their quest to solve some of the world's most complex issues!
